Robert R. Schriver is an associate in the Litigation practice group in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. His practice is focused on commercial litigation, regulatory investigations, bankruptcy litigation, securities actions, arbitrations, and appeals. In 2005-06, Mr. Schriver was a law clerk for the Hon. Harris L Hartz of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Mr. Schriver is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Mr. Schriver received his B.A. in Classics from Vanderbilt University in 1996 and his J.D. cum laude from Fordham University School of Law in 2003, where he was a Senior Articles Editor for the Fordham Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. |
