Former CFO and Senior Vice President of Amgen, Inc.
Robert S. Attiyeh joined the Company in December 2003. Mr. Attiyeh served Amgen as its Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Finance and Corporate Development from 1994 to 1998. Prior to joining Amgen, he was a director of McKinsey and Company, a management-consulting firm, from 1967 to 1994. He served as a Director of the Federal Reserve Board of San Francisco from 1987 through 1992, and Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board's Audit Review Committee from 1988 through 1992. He received his MBA from Harvard University in 1961 and his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University. |
