Dr. Robert S. Cargill II is a Senior Managing Engineer in Exponent�s Biomechanics practice. Dr. Cargill's area of expertise is injury biomechanics and his work includes analysis of injuries occurring in transportation and occupational accidents accident reconstruction and accidents involving consumer products. He addresses questions involving traumatic human injury of all types as well as associated machine design and failure issues with a special emphasis on power tools hand tools and rescue equipment.
Dr. Cargill has been performing research in the area of traumatic brain injury and cell and tissue biomechanics for twelve years. His experience has included investigations of traumatic brain injury at the cell and tissue level; urinary bladder research at the cell tissue and organ level; and research on podiatric surgical techniques. |
