Robert S. Moskow, II is a 1990 graduate of the University of Richmond, E. Claiborne Robins School of Business and a 1996 graduate of the St. John's University School of Law. While at St. John's, Rob was the Editor-in-Chief of the NY Litigator, Executive Director of the Civil Trial Institute and on the Dean's List. Rob is admitted to the bars of New Jersey, New York, Kansas and Missouri, as well as the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey, Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, District of Kansas and Western District of Missouri. Rob�s practice focuses on construction litigation, surety litigation, commercial litigation and employment litigation.
Rob published an article entitled The Colorado River Doctrine, Abstention and Procedural Remedies to Parallel Litigation for the Federal Bar Association�s Corporate & Association Counsel�s Division.
Prior to law school, Rob worked for a Wall Street brokerage in its Mutual Fund Management & Compliance Department. |
