Robert Addison represents banks and financial institutions, film financiers, utility and telecommunications companies, and others in business litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
He is experienced in general business and commercial litigation matters, including banking operations, banking and mortgage fraud, creditors' rights, bankruptcy, real property disputes, film finance disputes, provisional remedies and enforcement of judgments.
Mr. Addison received his B.A. in Philosophy from Loyola Marymount University in 1991. He earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 1995, where he served on the Loyola Law School Scott Moot Court Honors Board.
