Robert V. Condon III concentrates in corporate law, securities law, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Condon�s practice relates primarily to the representation of corporate clients with regard to organization, corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions and financings as well as advising publicly-traded clients on securities offerings and SEC reporting compliance. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Mr. Condon received his J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2004 and received his B.A., with honors, from Skidmore College in 1998. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Condon was an associate in the Corporate/Securities practice group of Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP and served as a Special Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York. Mr. Condon is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. |
