Robert W. Boyd Executive Vice President, Sales & Operations
Robert W. Boyd joined @Comm in July 1990 as a member of the Sales Department. He was promoted to Director of Sales in January 1994 and to Vice President, Operations in March 1995. Mr. Boyd leads @Comm's nationwide sales and support operations, bringing a unique blend of marketing, strategic sales and service and support experience to Xiox's 350-member partner network. Mr. Boyd is a industry pioneer and strategist in the design and execution of leading edge service and support strategies as well as pre-sales and support for nationwide enterprise voice networks. Mr. Boyd brings 15 years of in-depth experience and hands-on implementation of complex networks as well advanced support management practices. He has also developed advanced support processes and systems for a new range of web-based support services. Mr. Boyd is considered an industry authority in rapid deployment techniques for converged voice and IP data networks. Prior to joining us, Mr. Boyd held sales and management positions at First Phone, Inc., a telecommunications firm in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at St. Michael's College, Vermont. |
