Robert W. Frick has served as one of Telik's directors since April 2003. He serves on the Board's audit committee. From 1976 until his retirement in 1998, Mr. Frick served in various capacities at Bank of America, including Vice Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Frick currently serves on the Board of Directors of several private companies. He is currently an adjunct professor of business strategy in the graduate business program at St. Mary's College. He holds a B.S. in civil engineering and an M.B.A. from Washington University, St. Louis. |
