Mr. Grafton retired as managing partner-chief executive of Andersen Worldwide S.C. in 2000. Andersen Worldwide provided global professional auditing and consulting services through its two service entities, Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting. He is a certified public accountant, and he joined Arthur Andersen in 1963. He was elected a member of the Board of Partners, Andersen Worldwide in 1991 and chairman of the Board of Partners in 1994. He became managing partner-chief executive in 1997. He currently serves as lead director of DiamondRock Hospitality Company. Mr. Grafton joined the CarMax board of directors in 2003. |
