Robert W. Hastings is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Products Liability Law, and Construction Law, with a particular emphasis in Toxic Tort Law. Mr. Hastings is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and Supreme Court of the United States. He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Hastings graduated from Oregon State University in 1968 with a B.S. He received his J.D. from Duquesne University in 1978. |
