Bob is a senior director at Kroll Zolfo Cooper with more than 26 years of management experience. During his six years with Kroll Zolfo Cooper, he has primarily represented debtors in large, complicated bankruptcy cases. Bob recently served as chief restructuring officer of Blue Bird. From 2002 to 2005, he represented Enron in its bankruptcy, with primary responsibility for the development of a plan of reorganization to deal with a myriad of difficult issues, including complex financing and tax structures as well as large and convoluted inter-company relationships. In addition, Bob served as interim CFO and treasurer of Enron.
Bob's other debtor clients include the Loewen Group, Sunbeam and the Washington Group. He also testified in the confirmation hearings of Enron and the Loewen Group.
Prior to joining Kroll Zolfo Cooper, Bob held a variety of financial management and advisory positions. He spent seven years as a senior financial executive of a NYSE-listed hotel company, where he led the completion of the company�s reorganization, including the successful restructuring of $250 million of debt and $200 million of delinquent receivables.
He also served as an auditor and consultant for nine years with Ernst & Young, where he provided auditing, accounting and general business advisory services to a wide range of clients. Previously, Bob was a vice president of finance and chief financial officer of a publicly-traded (OTC-BB) start-up telecommunications company and has held positions at accounting and private investment firms.
Bob graduated from Trinity College with a B.A. in mathematics and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He is a certified public accountant as well as a certified insolvency and restructuring advisor and a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
