currently serves on the board of directors for LTX Corp. and MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc. Previously he served on the board of directors of Entegris Inc., QuickLogic Corp., DuPont Photomasks, Inc. and Semi-Sematech. He was the executive vice president and chief financial officer for KLA-Tencor prior to his retirement in 2000. During his 17-year tenure with KLA-Tencor, Boehlke held a variety of management positions including chief operating officer and chief financial officer. During Boehlke's tenure at KLA, revenue grew from $17 million for the full-year 1983 to $1.5 billion for the full-year 2000. Prior to joining KLA-Tencor, Boehlke was an investment banking partner at Kidder, Peabody & Company, Inc. Mr. Boehlke received his master's degree in business administration from Harvard University and earned his bachelor's degree in science from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
