Robert is CPC�s chief legal advisor. He brings to CPC 17 years of legal experience in distribution finance for corporations such as GE Commercial Distribution Finance, Deutsche Financial Services and ITT Commercial Finance Corporation. During his career, Robert has managed a 10-person legal services division; negotiated and drafted channel finance contracts with borrowers; and managed and drafted collection efforts for complex, non-performing loan portfolios. Robert holds a B.A. from Ithaca College and a J.D. from Cornell Law School. |
