Robert Chlopak has twenty-five years experience working with companies, associations and governments to influence public policy, affect business or marketplace decisions, and help clients strengthen their brands and reputations. Mr. Chlopak founded Chlopak & Associates, which later became CLS, in 1992 and then CLS-An Omnicom Company in 2000. Mr. Chlopak�s clients include a number of Fortune 500 companies and other well-known institutions such as Pfizer, General Electric, Verizon, Oracle, American Red Cross, Amtrak, NBC, Ace Limited, The National Association of Broadcasters, Harvard University, Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, and President Henrique Cardoso of Brazil. Mr. Chlopak�s communications experience covers a wide range of technology, telecommunications and media issues. He also has significant experience in the financial services, health care, environment and transportation sectors. Mr. Chlopak is a recognized expert in change management, having helped a number of companies and organizations develop and implement communication strategies to deal with leadership changes, financial problems, litigation and governmental inquiries, and other challenges. Mr. Chlopak is the former Executive Director of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and also served as Deputy Director of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Prior to his political experience, Mr. Chlopak spent 10 years in the non-profit sector. |
