Robert S. Cline has been one of our directors since 1992. Mr. Cline served as our Lead Director from the 2004 annual meeting until December 2005. Mr. Cline was Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Airborne, Inc., an air freight carrier, from 1984 until his retirement in May 2002. He is also a director of Esterline Technologies Corp., an aerospace technology company. |
