Bob joined Software Concepts in 1984. His multifaceted experience spans across many functional areas, including: Documentation, Programming, Technical Support, Project Leadership, Project Design and Analysis, Customer to Technical Liaison, Software and Hardware Education, System and Software Installation and Integration and Customer Satisfaction. As the Professional Services Manager, he is responsible for Project and Workload scheduling to ensure that projects are done in a timely and efficient manner. Bob puts both technical and business skills to work at Software Concepts. By working with customers to clarify their business and technology problems, he helps define workable project solutions that can be efficiently executed. As a project manager and leader, he ensures that all customer needs are addressed throughout every stage of the customer engagement. Bob earned his Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information System from Bentley College, Waltham, Mass. |
