As ShoreGroup's Executive Vice President, co-founder and a company director, Robert Ditta draws on his diverse 25-year career in the communications industry. Prior to his co-founding ShoreGroup, Mr. Ditta's senior management experience at such leading telecommunications companies as ROLM, IBM, Siemens and NEC Business Network Solutions has given him first-hand knowledge of all aspects of the business. As a Sales Manager for NEC Business Network Solutions in the New York area, Mr. Ditta was responsible for growing sales from $14 million to $32 million over two years. In addition, he grew NEC's Cisco business from ground level to become the 5th largest Cisco VAR in the New York area. Mr. Ditta wore many hats for Siemens/IBM/ROLM. He served as the Sales Manager for key and high risk accounts, as creator and implementer of a consulting marketing program for the Northeast, and as head of advanced technology for sales teams implementing sales and support strategies for new technologies.
