Robert Feldman, Esq. Mr. Feldman is a partner at Birnbaum and Godkin in Boston, Massachusetts. He has litigated numerous business matters, including non-compete, breach of contract and intra-corporate disputes. His practice focuses on business disputes for companies and individuals ranging from small contract actions to $100 million intellectual property litigation. On a pro bono basis, Mr. Feldman helped found the New England Innocence Project, which seeks to exonerate the wrongly convicted using DNA technology. In a recently publicized case, Mr. Feldman used new DNA results to bring into question the reliability of fingerprint evidence that was used to wrongly convict his client nine years earlier.
