Robert Gryphon has 18 years of experience in enterprise application design, development, and management. As co-founder of Octane Software, he was responsible for the company's product vision and the design of its revolutionary multi-channel, hosted CRM software based on Internet technologies. Octane was acquired by E.piphany for a record $3.2 billion. Prior to Octane, at Scopus Technology Inc., he designed and developed the entire user interface and sections of the data model for the world's first Enterprise CRM suite: Scopus Enterprise (Scopus is now part of Siebel). Earlier, he served in Project Management in Microsoft's ITG group, involved in multi-department Help Desk and other operational system selection and management. He has designed and developed numerous packaged and custom applications using SQL Server, Oracle, dBASE III and FoxPro. Robert has a B.S. in Computer Science, an M.B.A and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Hawaii Pacific University. He has published over 90 articles and a book on software development. |
