Bob Hausmann brings extensive experience in public financing, venture capital financing and the management of financial and administrative operations. Currently the CFO at Securify, a Security Software Company, Mr. Hausmann's experience includes leadership at Resonate, where he served as CFO; Mohr Davidow Ventures, where he served as an interim operating executive for several portfolio companies; and at Red Brick Systems, where he served as Vice President and CFO.At Resonate and Red Brick Mr. Hausmann initiated and managed the company�s private fundraising as well as their initial public offerings. Mr. Hausmann has also negotiated several strategic relationships with companies like DEC, HP, IBM and Sun.Bob holds an MBA from Santa Clara University. |
