Robert Ingram is Safeco�s executive vice president and chief information officer, responsible for the company�s Information Technology (IT) organization. In this role, Ingram leads the enhancement of Safeco�s logistics capabilities and technology infrastructure, driving lower-cost delivery of auto, home and small-business insurance products.
Prior to joining Safeco in February 2008, Ingram served as chief information officer for Argonaut Group, a national underwriter of specialty Property and Casualty insurance products. Before his time at Argonaut Group, he served as senior vice president in IT at USAA, supporting the P&C business. Ingram also managed IT business for Andersen Consulting and IBM.
Ingram holds both bachelor�s and master�s degrees from Texas A&M University. |
