Bob began his career as an Assistant Branch Manager at Key Bank National Association. Here he laid the foundation for his extensive knowledge of lending, credit and branch operational policies. Throughout his 15 years of service at Key Bank, Bob honed a particular skill of Relationship Management for retail private banks and small businesses, serving as Vice President in both areas. Bob later became the Division Vice President and Business Banking Sales Manager at Charter One Bank, building and leading a team of professionals in Western New York to become one of Charter One�s top divisions. Recognized for his great success and remarkable ability to lead, Bob held the position of Senior Vice President and the Western New York Business Banking Director during the 2004 acquisition by Citizen�s Bank of New York. Bob has repeatedly proven himself to be a results-driven individual. The success of his career can be attributed to his determination to bring banking and lending into the future.
