Robert leads the infrastructure development and management of the Wherify Wireless Location Service Center. Prior to joining Wherify Wireless, Jacobsen spent more than 13 years at Compaq/Tandem as their Wide Area Network manager leading effective system integrations, deployments and technical support across large networks worldwide. Also at Compaq/Tandem, Jacobsen was instrumental in overseeing the standardization of information systems nationwide, to include both Local Area Network and Wide Area Network deployment. Prior to joining Tandem Corporation, Jacobsen also spent nearly 10 years as manager of technical support for Tandem Systems and Sprint Communications and as a senior technical analyst for online systems at Bank of America.
