Robert Lanz has over 35 years accounting and management experience. He was an audit and business advisory partner with BDO Seidman, LLP, an international accounting and consulting firm, and Meredith, Cardozo, Lanz & Chiu, LLP. He previously retired from KPMG International, a Big 5 accounting firm, after a 27-year career with that firm, where he was an audit and SEC Reviewing partner. He has also served as chief financial officer of public and private companies, including a successful IPO. Mr. Lanz is currently Managing Director of the Silicon Valley office of The Financial Valuation Group, a business valuation consulting and litigation services firm. Mr. Lanz is a certified public accountant. He is active in professional and community activities, including the Association For Corporate Growth and Ballet San Jose Silicon Valley.
