Mr. Lisy has a successful track record in retail financial services and electronic payment processing for the last 17 years. From 2002 through 2006, Lisy was the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer of Vigo Remittance Corp the third largest Funds Transfer Company in the world at that time. In this role he was ultimately responsibility for conceiving, developing and directing the company's strategic growth plan both in the United States and abroad that resulting in a three fold increase in the annual YOY transaction growth rate, and 45% revenue growth over a three year period. Vigo was successfully sold to First Data Corp in late 2005, returning a 90% IRR to the investors. Prior to joining Vigo Mr. Lisy was a founding partner of Direct Express/Paystation America, an electronic walk-in Bill -Payment Processor. In the fall of 2000 Mr. Lisy was integral to the effort to successfully sell the company to American Payment Systems, the largest processor of walk-in payments in the country. Mr. Lisy served as both COO and a Board Member, during his four plus years with the company. From 1991-1998 Mr. Lisy worked for Western Union in various executive level sales, marketing and operational positions. He was instrumental in the early development of Western Union's International Funds Transfer business while directing large revenue producing (over $200 million in annual revenue) units headquartered in New York City and later Los Angeles. Mr. Lisy also served as Vice President of Biller Solutions for Princeton eCommerce, a top internet bill payment processor. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance and Economics from Cleveland State University. Today Mr. Lisy is the President/CEO of Check Vest Corporation, a Consulting Firm focused on the retail financial services and electronic payment processing industries |
