Mr. Littauer has over 25 years of experience in emerging growth and established companies in the fields of biotechnology, medical technology, internet and software, after beginning his career in public accounting. As CFO of venture-backed companies, he led the initial public offerings of aQuantive, Inc., a leader in internet advertising, and NeoRx Corporation, a biotechnology company developing cancer therapeutics, in addition to leading four rounds of venture and private financing for these companies. As CFO of three publicly-owned companies, his responsibilities have included negotiating acquisitions and divestitures, investor relations including corporate presentation drafting and presentation to various financial community constituencies, human resources, accounting and SEC reporting. Other areas of responsibility have included information systems, negotiating commercial loan agreements, leading the offering of a publicly held convertible debenture and developing business and strategic plans. His positions have primarily been CFO, but he has also held the roles of CEO and COO. He holds a BS in Engineering and an MBA from Cornell University. |
