Mr Liverant, who resides in Vancouver, B.C., Canada is a Chartered Accountant. Until his retirement he was in private practice for many years as a partner in Vancouver based accounting firms. In that capacity he supervised the auditing of a number of public companies including mineral companies. He sits on the Boards of other public companies and is the member of the Audit committee of one of them. Mr Liverant was appointed to the Caledonia Board of directors and as a member of the Audit Committee in January 2007. |
