Robert Mauro is a partner of Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP and a member of the firm�s Real Estate & Banking Group. Mr. Mauro practices primarily in the areas of commercial real estate and corporate lending, debt restructure, commercial leasing, and real estate acquisition and development. Mr. Mauro is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, published by Woodward/White, Inc., for his practice of real estate law.Mr. Mauro has been actively involved in the representation of lending institutions, including numerous national insurance companies and several local banking institutions. He is the partner primarily in charge of lending transactions for the firm and has closed all types of commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Mauro has been actively involved in representing lending institutions in workout and debt restructuring arrangements, participation arrangements, and in related lending matters. Mr. Mauro's practice includes the representation of several significant local Pittsburgh area developers. He has represented developers in major office building sales and acquisitions, residential development projects, and resort and golf course developments. Mr. Mauro is a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Real Property Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association. Mr. Mauro received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Cornell University in 1972. In 1975, he graduated from The Dickinson School of Law where he served as Notes Editor of The Dickinson Law Review. |
