Prior to joining Hall & Evans, Bob was Vice President and General Manager of the Providence Washington Insurance Group and was responsible for a four-state regional office. This position included overall responsibility for claims, underwriting, accounting, and marketing. He also served on the Board of Directors of Providence Washington Insurance Company. His extensive insurance background assists him in representing insurance companies in all regulatory matters, including rate filings, market conduct examinations, complaints, and administrative litigation. Bob's litigation practice focuses on general liability defense litigation including auto, trucking, premises liability, and fire cases. In addition, he is responsible for defending all liability claims brought against most rural electric associations located in Colorado, including power line contact cases. Bob was admitted to practice in Colorado in 1986 and is admitted before the United States District Court, District of Colorado. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1985 and his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in philosophy and English from Regis College in 1972. |
