Robert Mihalco is director of human resources for LaBarge, Inc. He is responsible for all corporate human resources functions, including compensation management, benefits administration and recruiting, among others.
Prior to joining LaBarge, Mihalco, whose human resources career spans more than 30 years, was an independent consultant. Previously, he was vice president of human resources for Chromalox, Inc., a Pittsburgh-based, wholly-owned subsidiary of JP Morgan Partners. He has served in a variety of human resources management roles for Emerson Electric Company and held human resources positions with Rockwell International Corp. and Westinghouse Electric Co.
Mihalco holds a master's degree from Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pa., and a bachelor's degree from The Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pa. He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. |
