Professor Miller earned his J.D. from the Yale Law School, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Yale Law Journal, and his M.A. and M.Phil. degrees in philosophy from Columbia University, where he was a Mellon Fellow in the Humanities. He earned his B.A. in philosophy and mathematics from Columbia College of Columbia University, graduating summa cum laude and being elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He has held the Western Civilization Fellowship from the Intercollegiate Studies Institute and the John M. Olin, Jr. Research Fellowship in Law and Economics at the Columbia Law School. Following law school he was an associate with Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Before joining the faculty, he was a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School. |
