Moore is an attorney in private practice.
Prior to appointment to the WSSC Ethics Board, Moore was selected as a Senior Fulbright Scholar, served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of a $1.2 billion, NYSE traded company, and held several public sector legal and management positions.
In the public sector, his appointments include General Counsel and Ethics Officer for two Presidential Commissions and a Federal Government Corporation. He served as Director of the California Governor's Washington DC office, and held other executive and legislative assignments, including working for Congress during the Watergate hearings.
Moore served on Active Duty in the first Persian Gulf War and was awarded the General MacArthur Leadership Award. He continues to serve in the Army Reserve, and volunteers with local community, church and youth sports activities.
