Robert Mullis is the Senior Systems Analyst for Wellington-Royce. He is responsible for maintaining the current software applications as well as overseeing and developing new functionality and applications for The BASE System. He is continually involved with adding new enhancements to the system so it will provide our customers the best ways to run their business. Robert has been in the I.T. industry for over 18 years developing software applications for IBM Midrange computer systems. His career has given him the opportunity to work in the retail, finance, manufacturing and distribution fields before coming to Wellington-Royce. That background made it easy for him to quickly understand the various operations of a General Aviation facility and how the BASE System functions need to support those requirements. He oversees all the programmers for the company and is responsible for maintaining the high quality of all development work and interfacing of new technologies into our system. As well as developing software, he has an extensive background in the IBM iSeries Server operations and systems management. The iSeries is the powerful hardware platform on which the BASE System operates. Robert's responsible approach to problem-solving and software development has helped improve the present software system to a superior level of functionality. His wide range of skills is an important cornerstone in the support and development structure of Wellington-Royce. He is a major strength in the company's commitment to provide a high-quality, complete, fully-integrated software system for General Aviation companies. |
