Bob has been involved in the legal search and staffing industry since 1996, when he co-founded Counsel Per Diem, Inc., a legal staffing company. Counsel Per Diem later became a part of C|N in 1998. Since becoming a legal recruiter, Bob has actively participated in the American Staffing Association and the Eastern Chapter of the Pennsylvania Staffing Association, in which he served as an initial founding member, and on the Board of Directors. He also has been an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and its Mid-Size Law Firm Management Committee. Prior to becoming a legal recruiter, Bob was a practicing attorney, first with Parker Chapin Flattau & Klimpl in New York City, and then with Pepper Hamilton in Philadelphia. He is a graduate of the University of Scranton and New York Law School, where he served as Managing Editor of the New York Law School Law Review.
