Mr. Palumbo joined the company in 2006 following 11 years with Beacon Capital Partners where he was the Vice President - Development and oversaw the master planning, permitting, design, construction and marketing of Technology Square, a 1.6 million square foot research, office and laboratory campus located in Cambridge, MA, and Channel Center, a $400 million mixed-use project located in Boston's Waterfront District. Mr. Palumbo has more than 30 years experience including working as Vice President - Team Executive within BankBoston real estate division (now Bank of America). Mr. Palumbo holds a Master of BA from Boston University and a BS in Engineering from Northeastern University. |
