Mr. Rosenthal represents a variety of corporate entities in connection with intellectual property and general corporate matters. He represents United States clients throughout Europe, South America, Australia, and the Far East, and clients from Chile, England, France, Israel, and India in the United States. Mr. Rosenthal is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association; American Intellectual Property Lawyers Association; Carolinas Patent, Trademark and Copyright Lawyers Association; and the Triangle Intellectual Property Association. He also is a real estate investor and developer and, as a collector of American art, serves on the board of directors of the Weatherspoon Art Museum in Greensboro, North Carolina. |
