Mr. Sagginario joined the Aviation Safeguards� Division of Command Security Corporation in February 2005 to direct the Human Resources efforts for the New York hub of the company. Headquartered at JFK International Airport Mr. Sagginario organized developed and administrated all of the day-to-day human resource functions including recruitment benefits training compliance and employee relations. Having done so successfully in July 2006 he was promoted to Corporate Director of Human Resources and Training then later on was promoted again to Vice president of Human Resources and Training for the corporate entity Command Security Corporation.
In 1999 he was recruited by a service company Dynair-Services at JFK International Airport to head up their human resources division. Additionally he had operational accountability and functioned as a General Manager.
Mr. Sagginario�s background has been targeted to the services and hospitality industries. With a degree in business from New York Institute of Technology he began his career with American Airlines in May 1991 as Manager of Customer Service where he had responsibility for daily airline operations including customer service baggage service passenger comfort levels and complaints flight arrivals and departures.
In this new capacity Mr. Sagginario will standardize company training programs for both Aviation Safeguards and Command Security Corporation; develop and oversee corporate curricula; maintain and upgrade levels of employee screening recruitment and ensure career path development and implement and assure quality paradigms. |
