Description of Practice:
Robert is an associate in the Orange County office, where he is a member of the litigation group. His practice covers many types of business and real estate matters, including contract disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, construction defect cases, property rights, and appellate work.
Robert has been admitted to practice by the State Bar of California and the Federal District Courts for the Northern, Central, Eastern and Southern Districts. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and the Orange County Bar Association.
Educational History:
Robert received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 2003, where he was awarded Order of the Coif, and where he was a member of the Loyola Law Review. He served as an extern for the Honorable Dickran Tevrizian, of the United States District Court, Central District of California. Robert received his B.A. in both Accounting and Economics from California State University, Fullerton, graduating with high honors. Prior to joining Allen Matkins, he was an Audit Senior, in addition to a Certified Public Accountant, with Ernst & Young, LLP, where he performed financial audits of both public and private companies, specializing in manufacturing and high-technology clients. |
