Robert Smith Senior Vice President, Finance Robert Smith has a strong background in public accounting and has held key financial positions in both publicly and privately held companies. His current responsibilities include management of the finance, accounting, and human resources departments in addition to implementation of financial systems. Prior to joining Global Compliance, Smith served as Corporate Controller for H Power Corp., a publicly held developer of fuel cell systems, and also for Solomon Software, Inc., a provider of business accounting software. He began his career in the audit department of Deloitte and Touche where he spent eight years in various positions and was promoted to Audit Manager. Smith holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dayton. Smith is also a Certified Public Accountant. |
