Mr. Southworth is a Director of the Company. Mr. Southworth is a retired Senior Patent Attorney with the U. S. Department of Energy in Richland, Washington. His primary duties with the Department of Energy were the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications in such fields as nuclear reactors, fuel reprocessing, waste management and energy related fields of solar, wind, and fossil fuels.
