Robert Sroka has served as a director of Sypris since 1997. Mr. Sroka has served as a Managing Director of Corporate Solutions Group, an investment banking firm, since December 2003. From 1998 to 2005, he served as Managing Partner of Lighthouse Partners, LLC, a private investment and business consulting company. Mr. Sroka served as Managing Director of Investment Banking-Mergers and Acquisitions for J.P. Morgan from 1994 to 1998. Prior to 1994, he served in a variety of senior executive positions with J.P. Morgan, including Vice President-Investment Banking and Vice President-Corporate Finance. A director of Sypris since 1997, Mr. Sroka is a member of the Audit and Finance Committee and the Compensation Committee.
