Bob Valentine has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry as a general manager, primarily with Hilton Hotels. Prior to joining Towne Park, he was vice president of organizational development for FrontierVision, a cable company in Denver, Colorado. Bob is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and also has certifications in product and process management from the University of Colorado. Bob has taught several management and leadership programs at the university level.
Bob received a BS degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Hotel Restaurant Management from the University of Denver. Bob couples a strong operations background with his long-standing interest in developing people. He has been instrumental in creating Towne Park University's curriculum and has introduced programs in Supervisory Leadership, Contract Manager Orientation, Career Development and Senior Leadership. Bob has also established several needs-based training programs in service delivery, safety and on-the-job orientation. Focused on selecting, training and developing the very best people, Bob helps fuel Towne Park's ever-expanding organization. |
