Robin Fessel has been a member of Sullivan & Cromwell's litigation group since 1989 and has been a partner of the Firm since 1998. Mr. Fessel's practice includes the Firm's labor and employment group, of which he is the deputy coordinator. Mr. Fessel represents clients with respect to all manner of labor and employer matters, including employment discrimination claims, employment contract actions and non-competition covenant disputes, in both federal and state courts and arbitration before the NASD, NYSE and AAA. In addition, Mr. Fessel has a broad-based commercial litigation practice having represented clients in securities fraud, corporate governance, intellectual property, antitrust and commercial contract matters. Mr. Fessel is a co-author of the Contracts for Services section of West Group's Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts. |
