Robin Phillips is an associate at McDermott Will & Emery LLP, based in the San Diego office. He is a member of the Intellectual Property, Media & Technology Department.
Robin earned his bachelor�s degree in computer science and computational and applied mathematics, and a master�s degree in computer science from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. He received his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. During law school, Robin served as vice president of the Intellectual Property Student Organization. He also completed a judicial internship under Judge Jennifer W. Elrod at the 190th District Court in Harris County, Texas. Prior to joining McDermott Will & Emery, Robin worked for the Public Defender�s Office in San Diego, where he drafted and argued motions in felony cases.
Robin is a member of the State Bar of California.
