Ms. Dahn co-founded The OCJ Group and has more than 17 years of experience building technology staffing solutions for a variety of companies. She was most recently Manager of Sales at a leading staffing company, where she created, managed and expanded their recruiting and sales efforts into a broad range of Information Technology disciplines in Silicon Valley. Previously, Ms. Dahn was Regional Technical Center Manager for Adecco, formally Adia Personnel Services in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she was an integral part of leading the profit and loss for this regional facility. Also while at Adecco Ms. Dahn served as an internal auditor for the seminal ISO 9002. Ms. Dahn has also held senior management positions at Adecco Personnel in other markets including Central Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
In addition to her work within the staffing industry Ms. Dahn has lent her expertise to numerous start up organizations on both coasts, in one case driving a profit after only the second month in existence. Her professional achievements have been acknowledged by the San Fernando Business Journal from whom she received a nomination for the Women Who Mean Business Award in 2003 as well as the Los Angeles Business Journal which listed The OCJ Group as one of the Top 100 Women Owned Businesses in 2002 and 2003. Ms. Dahn is an active member of the North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and frequently participates in many important fundraising and outreach efforts throughout her community.
