Robin Bush is engaged in a general corporate practice for both privately and publicly held companies, with a focus on commercial contracting, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactional matters. Ms. Bush�s commercial contracting practice includes an emphasis on international and domestic supply and distribution arrangements. She has represented clients in a variety of acquisitions and dispositions, both domestically and internationally. Her practice also includes the general business representation of entities from formation through dissolution, including counseling on corporate governance issues, a variety of business issues and contractual and transactional matters. In addition to traditional corporate and business matters, Ms. Bush�s practice also includes the negotiation of sponsorship agreements for sporting events and entertainment venues.Before she began the practice of law, Ms. Bush practiced landscape architecture for 10 years.
