Robin Batra is Vice President for our Mid Atlantic Regional office in Richmond, VA. Ms. Batra joined the company in July 2006 from her consulting business, Robin Batra Consulting Services LLC, a property management and multifamily consulting firm where SunAmerica was one of her clients. Ms. Batra has been involved in property/asset management for 20 years. Prior to consulting, she served as President of KSI Management Corp. in the metro Washington, D.C. area. She led the growth of KSI from a start-up management company to a full service firm with $1 billion in assets, 12,000 units under management and over 300 employees. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for PMA (Property Management Association) of greater Washington D.C. and was the 2004 recipient of the Property Management Professional of the Year Award for her outstanding service to PMA and the profession of Property Management. Ms. Batra also is a Housing Credit Certified Professional, having received the designation the first year it was offered.
