Robin has over 20 years of diverse, hands-on experience with enterprise, manufacturing, internal systems and packaged applications across multiple industries. She has over 12 years experience in the implementation of quality and testing models with a focus on cycle time improvements and reliability through test automation. She has held senior management positions with responsibility for quality, software test and test automation, release management, customer/technical support, configuration management, localization and fulfillment at several software companies including i2 Technologies and USDATA. Prior to Worksoft, Robin was the Director of Customer Quality Management at i2 Technologies where she spent 7 years focused on quality programs for individual product teams in SCM and CRM and also at a corporate level. Robin holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from Ouachita Baptist University. |
