Robin is a Managing Director of Human Resources for Citi Global Wealth Management.
Robin joined Shearson Lehman Hutton in October 1988 as a Compensation Manager. In December 1989, Robin moved to become a Human Resources Generalist. In September 1990, she became a Human Resources Generalist working with the Private Client Division. Since 1990, Robin has supported the Private Client Division in various Generalist roles and was named to the senior position in September 1994. In June 2001, her responsibilities were increased to add managing Citi Markets & Banking�s Employee Relations Department.
In December 2002, Robin was named Director of Human Resources for Citi Smith Barney, which included the Private Client Division and Citi Investment Research. Most recently, in late 2004, Robin was appointed Director of Human Resources for the Citi Global Wealth Management business, which includes Citi Smith Barney�s Private Client business, Investment Research, and the Private Bank.
