Rocky Pimentel has served as a member of our board of directors since August 2007. Rocky has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Glu Mobile, Inc., a provider of mobile games, since October 2004. Prior to joining Glu Mobile, Rocky served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Zone Labs, Inc., an end-point security software company, from September 2003 until it was acquired in April 2004 by Checkpoint Software, Inc. From January 2001 to June 2003, he served as a Partner of Redpoint Ventures, a venture capital firm. Rocky's career has also included leadership positions with WebTV Networks (acquired by Microsoft, Nasdaq: MSFT); LSI Logic Corporation (NYSE: LSI). Rocky was a member of the founding management teams of Seagate Technology (NYSE: STX), a NYSE-listed Global 500 developer, and Conner Peripherals, Inc., which was acquired by Seagate in 1996. Rocky has also held board of director positions with Livingston Communications, where he advised the company's sale to Lucent Technologies (NYSE: LU) for more than $1 billion; Crossworlds Software, where he assisted in the sale of the company to IBM for approximately $250 million; SoftCom Microsystems, where he advised management in its sale to Intel Corporation (Nasdaq:INTC). In addition to his board of directors positions, Rocky also sponsored early-stage corporate investments in Brocade Communications (Nasdaq: BRCD) and Siebel Systems (Nasdaq: SEBL) during his business career.
